Do you know who they are?
21st June 2018 – We recently found a letter linked to the photo from a L.W.Povey of Shenfield, Brentwood Essex. The letter was dated 3rd August 1986.
We will try and get in contact with the family. The young girl in the centre is Mrs Poveys grandmother (no name given). She was born in 1862 and the photo was taken around 1870.
The family visited the house before the letter with a view to purchasing Ridware Hall, but decided against it.
